A great, short, and heartfelt look into Kanye's mental illness, and relationship with his family. Looking at this album in a vacuum and ignoring the shit he's doing right now, this is the most human album Kanye has ever done, and while the tracks aren't all insanely good, it's low-key, somber, and does the job the album set off to do.
Ghost Town and Violent Crimes however, are both probably in my top 10 Kanye songs now. Two of the most emotional and incredible sounding songs Kanye has ever put out. Love these tracks.
The rest of the album is great lyrically, and though All Mine and Wouldn't Leave are sonically low points on the record, it doesn't impact the overall quality as a whole much at all. A very underrated Kanye release overall.
