The Psychedelic Furs are a British new wave band founded in London in February 1977.Led by singer Richard Butler and his brother Tim on Bass. The Psychedelic Furs are one of the many acts spawned from the British post-punk scene. Their music went through several phases, from an initially austere art-rock sound, to later touching on new wave and hard rock. The band had several hits in their early career. In 1986, filmmaker John Hughes used their song “Pretty in Pink” for his film of the same name.
Talk Talk Talk is their second studio and it was released originally on 6 June 1981 by Columbia Records.

Produced by Steve Lillywhite, the second album by this British band sounds more rocker and raw, making their membership in the post punk scheme more noticeable, with some darkness and the rough voice of Richard Butler that is perfectly combined with the typical saxophones in addition to John Ashton's guitars. Despite everything, the songs are clearer than ever, highlighting "No Tears", "Mr. Jones" and "Pretty in Pink", the greatest classic of their career in its original version.

If these became popular, they were re-released without the "N" (as "FC" or "PC" etc.) with a revised bar code (usually adding an "02" to the number on the back) and a higher price.
