Parcels are an Australian electropop five-piece formed in Byron Bay, Australia, in 2014. Today they are based in Berlin, Germany. The band's line-up is composed of keyboardist Louie Swain, keyboardist/guitarist Patrick Hetherington, bassist Noah Hill, drummer Anatole "Toto" Serret, and guitarist Jules Crommelin.

Signed to French label Kitsuné, the band rose to prominence after collaborating with the electronic duo Daft Punk on the production and writing of their 2017 single "Overnight".

Parcels' unfailingly ambitious and original double album may often be just as irresistibly funky as their debut, but it's also a huge step forward for the band with its daring genre experimentation and philosophical lyricism.

This record has the same heart and soul as their fantastic and funky debut but with far more diversity and complexity! Breathtaking harmonies weave in and out of straight up funk magic and the occasional slow burner so effortlessly!

The split of Light/Shadow works fantastically as well, because both sides have their own quirks and motifs!

It’s a shame not to see more people talking about this BANGER album!!
